Technical Qualifications:

 

·         Strong working knowledge of physical computer network architecture;

·         Hands-on background in LAN/WAN environments, network configuration and maintenance

·         Theoretical/working knowledge of Cisco equipment, including router/switch configuration/administration/monitoring, deep knowledge of network protocols at different layers;

·         In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and a large number of software (firewall, antivirus, browser, e-mail, etc.), working experience in eradicating virtually all malicious attacks and viruses on all MS Windows operating systems;

·         Strong practical knowledge of the nuances of the following operating systems: Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003;

·   Knowledge of the programming languages: Assembler, C, Pascal;

·   Knowledge of web-design (HTML, Macromedia Flash, etc.);

·   Experience in graphical design: LOGO creation, editing graphics, etc.

·   Working in Multimedia, Audio and Video;

·         Hands-on experience implementing/designing network equipment monitoring/controlling systems.

·   Backup procedures for network equipment configuration;

·         Among others, close acquaintance with Microsoft, Macromedia and Adobe family software;

·         Knowledge of GIS Mapping software, Arc View and Arc Info

·         Experience in working with people and getting information required for managing network/computer equipment;

·         Ability to train and supervise non-technical personnel, in a technical way;

·         Knowledge of marketing, sales, business planning and management;
